Ingredients

• 500g Green Apples (2-3)
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 1 ½ tsp unroasted curry powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp chili powder
• 3-4 tbsp oil
• 6-7 curry leaves
• ½ small cinnamon stick
• 2-3 pods of cardamom
• ½ tsp of cumin
• ½ medium onion cut into small cubes
• 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 1 tbsp of mustard seeds
• 2-3 tbsp of sugar
• ¼ cup of water
• Salt to season
• Optional: ¼ cup of coconut milk
