• 1 bunch fennel
• 2 tablespoons leek (only the green part)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 500gr white flour
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Olive oil for frying
• 3 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 cup tepid water
• Very little salt
