Ingredients

• 700g lean mince
• 1 medium onion finely chopped
• 2 carrots chopped into small dice
• 1 stick celery chopped finely
• 1 clove garlic chopped finely
• 2-3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into chunks
• 2 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
• ½ small can tomato paste
• 500ml of Carol’s Stock Market Beef Stock
• Sea salt and pepper
• Knob of butter & extra virgin olive oil
