Turkey Breast with a Maple Chorizo Stuffing - Maple from Canada

Ingredients

• 100g fresh breadcrumbs
• 5 fresh sage leaves
• 60g dried cranberries
• 1 large onion, chopped
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 240g chorizo, diced
• 5 pork sausages, casing removed
• 3 tbsp pure maple syrup (2 tbsp for the stuffing and 1 tbsp for the glaze)
