Black Garlic and Chipotle Roast Beef Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 1kg beef, ideally a boneless rib of beef
• 1 tbsp of black garlic
• 1 tsp chipotle chilli, (flakes)
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 orange, zested
• 1 tbsp of thyme leaves
• 8 carrots, peeled and halved lengthways
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• 250ml of chicken stock
• 1 dash of red wine
• 1 tbsp of flour
