• 1 ½ cups water at room temperature
• 1 ½ cups Arrowhead Mills Organic All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Rye Flour
• 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 2 teaspoons instant dried yeast
• 2 teaspoons salt
• Additional oil, rye and flour for kneading
