• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
• 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
• chocolate sprinkles ((optional))
