• 1/2 Tbsp vinegar (e.g apple cider or white wine)
• 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp mustard (eg Dijon or wholegrain)
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cabbage
• 1/2 red onion
• 2 carrots
• 1 apple
• 450g pork, apple and cranberry sausages
• 5 hot dog buns
• 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
• 1-2 Tbsp butter (optional)
• 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
• Tomato sauce
• Dijon mustard (or American style mustard)
