Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes Recipe – Act One Art

Ingredients

• 2 ribeye steaks, an inch thick (or whatever steak you like)
• 1/3 cup olive oil, plus extra for steaks
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
• 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes
• 1 lb small tomatoes (vine-ripe or cherry)
• 1 lb fresh asparagus, tough ends cut off
• 1/2 large onion, any color, cut into 3/4-inch half rounds
• 1/2 cup soy/garlic compound butter
