Ingredients

• 250g beef short plate (shabu-shabu beef)
• 2 tbsp oil
• ½ onion, sliced 1 cm thick
• 2 garlic, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp sweet sauce
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 75 ml water
• Fried/boiled eggs
• 1 carrot, thinly sliced and boiled
• Cucumber
• Chili powder (cajun)
