Rhubarb Custard Cake This cake was a first for me, usually my rhubarb is used for pies and jams but this was a nice change, it's nice and light and the perfect summer dessert!

- 4 large stalks of rhubarb sliced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
