• 1 onion cut into ¼’s
• a few sprigs of parsley
• 1 carrot cut in half
• 6 peppercorns (whole)
• 1 celery stick cut in half
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 whole cloves
• 6 liters cold water
