- 240 grams Self-raising flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 220 grams Caster sugar
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 225 ml Almond milk
- 190 grams Fresh strawberry purée
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 50 grams Dairy-free margarine
- 300 grams Icing sugar
- 50 grams Fresh strawberry purée (for icing)
- Fresh strawberries, for decoration
- Multi-coloured sprinkles (optional)
