• 3 Tomatoes
• 500 g Eggplant
• 1 Onion
• 2 clove Garlic
• 500 ml Tomato juice
• 1/3 Hot pepper
• 1/3 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Provencal herbs
