• 800g crushed tomatoes
• 180g tomato paste
• 2 cups beef stock
• 1 avocado, sliced to serve
• 1 spring onion, finely sliced to serve
• 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve
• 2 sprigs fresh coriander leaves, to serve
• 200g corn chips
