• 6 – 8 T Kikkoman soya sauce
• 3 – 4 T sugar
• 2 – 3 cloves garlic
• 1 t black pepper
• 1 T sesame oil
• ½ green apple, cored and roughly chopped
• ¼ onion, roughly chopped
• 2 spring onions, roughly chopped
