Crumbed Chicken Strips recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet cut into thin strips
• 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies paste
• 2 tablespoons nestle cream
• ¼ cup fresh cream
• 1 egg 🥚
• 2 teaspoons chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon white pepper 🌶
• 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• Dash of milk
• 2 teaspoons ground green chillies
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• ½ cup crushed Kornflakes
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 2 teaspoons mixed herbs 🌿
