• 2 unpeeled green apples, cut into 16 wedges
• 1/2 cup of chicken broth
• 2 tbsp of honey mustard
• 3 – 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
• salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp of corn starch
• parsley (for garnish)
• olive oil (for frying)
