• 0.25 head of iceberg lettuce
• 0.25 container of grape tomatoes
• 1.5 strips of thick cut bacon
• 1.5 plum tomatoes
• Duck Fat Spray
• Blue Cheese Dressing (store bought, or home made – recipe down below)
• 0.25 cup Greek Yogurt
• 0.25 cup Blue Cheese
• 0.5 cloves of garlic
• 0.5 tbsp olive oil
• 0.25 tbsp ground pepper
• 0.25 tsp white wine vinegar
• 0.25 tbsp water
• salt
• 0.5 Wooden Skewers
