Grilled Iceberg Wedge Salad - Grate Recipe | GrillGrate

Ingredients

• 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce
• 1/4 container of grape tomatoes
• 1 1/2 strips of thick cut bacon
• 1 1/2 plum tomatoes
• Blue Cheese Dressing (store bought, or home made – recipe down below)
• 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
• 1/4 cup Blue Cheese
• 1/2 clove of garlic
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tbsp ground pepper
• 1/4 tsp white wine vinegar
• 1/4 tbsp water
• salt
• 1/2 Wooden Skewers
