Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped carrots
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/3 cup diced onion
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 yukon gold potatoes, cut into thin chips
• 1/3 cup flour
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 Tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
