Ingredients

• 6 hot italian sausages, cut into 1" bites (1/2 frozen cuts best)
• 1 cup cubed spanish onion
• 2-3 cut potatoes
• 2 cloves garlic sliced
• 1 cup diced green or red pepper
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 can whole tomatoes - chopped
• olive oil
• pinch oregano
• pinch of basil
• pinch of crushed red pepper
• fresh chopped parsley!
