• 1 large egg
• 1-3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips
• 1⁄4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• Water
• 1 teaspoon shortening
