- 5 egg yolks (save the egg whites for a mid-ice-cream-creation snack)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g Kuti Coffee Tea Leaves (out of stock currently, sorry y'all!)
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
