- 1 envelope lievito paneangeli or 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 Pinch salt
- 4 eggs, medium organic room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- Juice and zest of 2 oranges
