• 75 g Granulated Sugar
• 300 ml Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 tsp Brandy
• 150 ml Heavy Cream

• 1 Kiwi Fruit
• 1/4 European Pear
• 1/2-1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp Kirsch (a type of brandy made from fermented cherries)
