• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 cups pecans, chopped
• 1 & 1/2 cups pecan halves
• 1 cup cold heavy cream
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp maple extract
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
