• Gram Flour/Besan - 1 Cup
• Cumin Seeds
• Turmeric Powder-1/2 tbsp
• Red Chili Powder-1/2 tbsp
• Coriander Powder-1 tbsp
• Ajwain-1/2 tbsp
• Sauf/Fennel seeds -1/2 tbsp
• Pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
• Ginger -1/4 tbsp(finely chopped)
• Garlic -1/4 tbsp(finely chopped)
• Yogurt-1/4th Cup(2 tbsp for preparing Dough and 2 tbsp for preparing Curry)
• Oil-4-5 tbsp (2 tbspFor preparing Dough and 2 tbsp for preparing Curry)
• Onion -1(finely chopped)
• Tomatoes-1(finely chopped)
• Green Chilies-2(finely chopped)
• Coriander Leaves for Garnish
• Salt to taste
• Pinch of Baking Soda
