• pinch of ground Cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons Water
• 1/4 cup pure Maple Syrup
• 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
• 1/2 cup Spelt Flour
• 1/2 cup Almond Meal
• 1/4 teaspoon of fine Sea Salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1 teaspoon Stevia Powder (or sweeten to taste)
• 1 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 large Egg, whisked
• 1 cup fat free Milk
• Cooking Spray
