• 6 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
