Orange Glazed Salmon - Oliva!

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Olíva! Garlic Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
• pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, optional
• juice of 2 oranges
• 1 tbsp Olíva! Honey Ginger White Balsamic
• 1 tsp Bee Hollow Farms Raw Local Honey
• 2 lbs salmon fillets
• zest of 1 orange
• salt & pepper
• green onion, sliced on the bias
• cucumber, sliced
• avocado, cubed
• sesame seeds (garnish)
