Creamy Fish Stew with Cod

Ingredients

• 2 celery sticks
• 1 lbs cod fillet, skinless
• 2 carrots
• 3 1/3 cups vegetable or fish stock
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 zucchini
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 1 onion
• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 cup green beans
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 lemon, cut in half, juice of
• 1 tbsp fresh dill and/or fresh parsley, chopped fine for garnish
