Mingle's Winter Warmer Shephard's Pie

Ingredients

• 30g Mingle’s Shep Pie Seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 x brown onion, finely chopped
• 1 x carrot, peeled, finely chopped
• 2 x celery sticks, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 500g lamb/beef mince
• 500ml beef stock
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 4 x desiree potatoes, peeled, chopped
• 50g butter
• 125ml milk
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
