• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp Bourbon
• 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tsp Bourbon
• 2 tsp Brown Sugar
• 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
