Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta noodles (I used cavatappi noodles, but penne is great)
- 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (chopped (or use any spicy pepper you love!))
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese (divided)
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce (or more as desired)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- FOR SERVING: spicy chili flakes (fresh chopped parsley or cilantro)
