- Cornstarch 8 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp

- Beans sprout drained & rinsed 7 oz
- Cabbage 1/2
- Capsicum 1
- Fresh ginger crushed 3
- Garlic cloves 4
- Water 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp + for stir fry
- Cooked rice 2 cups
