• 1 pound Ground beef or pork , or a combination of both
• 2 tablespoons Butter or meat fat
• 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
• 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
• 1/2 small Onion , chopped (1/4 cup)
• 2 cups Mushrooms , sliced
• 3/4 cup Homemade Beef Stock or white wine , or a combination of both
• 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon or lime juice
• 1 cup Heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt , or to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground pepper , or to taste
