• ½ LBS soft butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• ¾ cups granulated sugar
• 1 TSP vanilla paste
• 2 TBSP lemon zest
• 1 TSP lemon juice
• 1 whole large egg
• 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (466 GRAMS)
• 1 TSP baking soda
• 1.5 TBSP kosher salt
• optional: sea salt to taste or hibiscus maldon salt
