Ingredients

- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 5 ml chicken spice (to season)
- salt and black pepper (to season)
- 2 large potatoes (washed and quartered)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- squeeze fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups rocket
- chives (to serve)
