• 1 can black beans (drained)
• 1 can black-eyed peas (drained)
• 2 tomatoes, med. (chopped)
• 1 green pepper (chopped)
• 1 jalepeno (chopped)
• 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
• 2 clove garlic (chopped)
• 4 green onions (chopped)
• 1/2 cup parsley or cilantro (or both, chopped)
• 8 ounce Italian dressing (1 bottle)
• tortilla chips
