• 1 pound Premio Hot Italian Sausage , cooked & sliced 1 pound cheese tortellini 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1/2 cup diced red onion
• 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup chicken stock
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 pound frozen spinach
• _ cup grated parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
