Ingredients
- ½ kg chicken cubed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Green masala
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- ½ teaspoon L.pepper
- ½ teaspoon B.pepper
- Cubed green peppers
- Add origanum
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Red chillies
- 1 tablespoon garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
- 1 tablespoon Peri peri sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon Dhana jeeroo
- White sauce
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter..mix and make a paste...
- Add ¾ litre milk...stir until boiling point and mixture has thickened..add in 1 cup grated cheese ..pinch of salt..and freshly ground black pepper....leave a side....
