Creamy Chicken Lasagne recipe by Zainab Ahmed Ameer

Ingredients

• 4-5 tomatoes/ 800g tomato puree(boil the tomatoes till soft and blend in a blender)
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 1 small capsicum (optional)
• ½ kg chicken mince or chicken fillet
• 4 tablespoon. tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon. Chilli paste
• 2 finely chopped garlic pods
• 1 teaspoon. salt, black pepper, oregano leaves
• ¼ oil/ ghee (Clarified butter)
• 5 tablespoon. Chicken spice
• 2 teaspoon. crushed chillie
• 2 teaspoon. six-gun spice
• WHITE SAUCE
• 2 and ¼ cup milk
• ½ cheddar/ mozzarella cheese
• 2 and ½ tablespoon. unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoon. flour
• 1 teaspoon. salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 and ½ cup mozzarella cheese again
