Ingredients: ½ kg chicken cubed; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 tablespoon Green masala; 1 teaspoon Garlic; ½ teaspoon L.pepper; ½ teaspoon B.pepper; Cubed green peppers; Add origanum; ½ teaspoon Salt; ½ teaspoon Red chillies; 1 tablespoon garlic sauce; 1 tablespoon mustard sauce; 1 tablespoon Peri peri sauce; 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons Tomato puree; ½ teaspoon Dhana jeeroo; White sauce; 2 tablespoons flour; 2 tablespoons butter..mix and make a paste...; Add ¾ litre milk...stir until boiling point and mixture has thickened..add in 1 cup grated cheese ..pinch of salt..and freshly ground black pepper....leave a side....
