• 1 tbsp grated lemon zest plus 1/2 cup juice (3 lemons)
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 2 pieces
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 4 Large Eggland's Best Egg Whites
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup sugar
