• 1 pound of peeled raw chestnut
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 4 cups of vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup of heavy cream
