• 1 cup corn flour/starch (tapioca/arrowroot or potato starch will all work equally well)
• 3 eggs
• 1.5 cups corn flake crumbs (you can buy them as crumbs or crush them yourself)
• 1 tablespoon dried herbs or dukkah (optional)
• 4 teaspoons Superfood Turmeric
