• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, liquid squeezed out
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
• 2 tablespoons whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons water
