• 2 cloves Garlic Minced
• 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1/4 cup All purpose flour
• 4 cups Vegetable Broth
• 1/2 cup Whipping cream
• 1/3 cup marsala wine
• Salt and pepper to taste
