- 4 large white potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 extra large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup walnut pieces (optional)
- 1/2 cup matzah meal, such as Manischewitz
- 1/2 cup oil
- peeled rind of 2 oranges
- juice from 8 oranges
- 6 tablespoons oil or, for dairy, 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
